London, U.K., 27 November 2018 – With 20 customer sites going live between October and December of this year alone, Ascertus Limited, has made a string of appointments in Support, Project and Account Management and Pre Sales, in preparation for continued business growth in 2019. Ascertus provides document and information lifecycle management solutions to law firms and corporate legal departments in the UK and across Europe.

“We have had a phenomenal year thus far and we are very conscious of not stretching ourselves in a way that compromises the quality of the service we deliver,” Roy Russell, CEO of Ascertus Limited, said. “Good service delivery and customer satisfaction requires all the components – project management, technical support and account management – to work in unison as a team. These new appointments are key for us – Alison and Baljinder have the right skills and knowledge for our business and the sectors we operate in. They have hit the ground running.”
As Project Manager, Alison Rix is the key point of contact between the customers and Ascertus across the lifecycle of the projects including everything from budgeting and scheduling through to risk management. She brings with her over 20 years’ experience in the document management space, having worked in both private and public sector organisations including Pinnacle, Athenian IT Developments Limited and IDOX, to name a few.
