London, U.k., 09 August 2018 – Commercial law firm, Lupton Fawcett, is investing in email and document management system, iManage Work, and has selected Ascertus Limited to implement the solution, as part of a major technology overhaul initiative.
Lupton Fawcett looks to gain intuitive, intelligent, secure and scalable document management capability that will play a key role in enabling the firm to meet its business efficiency, enhanced client service and profitability targets. Once deployed, the solution will be available to over 250 users.
Lupton Fawcett chose Ascertus following a tender process that scrutinised the company’s experience and expertise. iManage Work ticked every business requirement as highlighted in the firm’s ‘blue print’ of desired document management capability.

Through iManage Work, Lupton Fawcett will institute best practice processes for email and document management across the firm’s offices in Leeds, York and Sheffield. The firm will benefit from sophisticated capability to meet the security challenges of today by monitoring and enforcing internal policy, fully supported by an audit trail. Additionally, the firm will be able to leverage adaptive behavioural modelling and machine learning to establish advanced safeguards for continuous protection of sensitive data in the organisation.
