Sales Operations / SDR
The Role
This role is for a candidate that wants to start a professional sales career. We will help you learn all the aspects of sales, with a view to this role evolving into an Account Executive/Account Manager when you are ready.
You will pro-actively contact new clients and build relationships and book outbound meetings, whilst also working on House Accounts and assisting the sales team with their customers.
The benefit of combining a sales administrative, customer facing house accounts, and Sales Development Representative role, will create the variety and skills that are often lacking in a full SDR role'
- Find and generate a consistent flow of high-quality new business opportunities.
- Outbound prospecting activities such as calling, emails, social media.
- Identifying key decision makers; holding intelligent, engaging conversations over both the phone and on email with prospective leads.
- Sales admin and support the wider sales team.
- Booking meetings and demos.
- Managing low touch customers called House Accounts.
- Attending industry events as a brand ambassador.
Personal Requirements
- 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Live in or near London as you will be required to attend the London office 2 to 3 times a week.
- Experience working in a customer service type role is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Open, clear and confident communicator, both written and oral.
- Outgoing personality.
- Target orientated mentality.
- Desire to want to be a top performer.
- Desire to want to progress your career to be an account exec/manager.
- An interest in technology, legal technology or law in general an advantage, but not a requirement.
Remuneration and Hours
Salary will be dependent on experience with uncapped commission.
This is a full-time position, and the working hours will be 9am-5:30pm Monday – Friday. You will be required to attend our London office 2-3 days per week (usually Tuesday-Thursday)
